StafferyOnline - the first resume creation service for IT specialists

We recently launched a shared service for creating a resume, designed mainly for specialists in the field of information technology - StafferyOnline .
The current design is temporary, a new one is being prepared, with additional features + we will make the service “easier”, and the resume is more compact.
But while the updated service is not laid out, I would very much like to hear the wishes and thoughts on our idea.

What the service allows:
1. Create a resume without registration.
2. When registering, the user receives an html-link to his resume. May make changes to the resume.
3. Sections of the summary contain a large group of IT-oriented skills, where you can choose the appropriate change, as well as indicate the level and time of possession.
This is still the main thing.
