Specifying phone numbers in Google AdSense ads

I noticed this ad here in Google AdSense

(without installed Skype looks naturally a bit different)

So, it seems to me that such an advertisement is not honest - a visitor can call from the phone, or click a call on Skype, and at the same time I will not be counted for a given client, so I won’t receive money.

I wrote a letter to the support - let's see how they react.
