Steve Ballmer again goes to the web developers of Russia

April 20, 2009 in Moscow will host the conference ReMIX09 , at which Microsoft presents its latest technologies for web developers and designers.

ReMIX in Moscow will come for the second time, here is a report on last year’s conference .

Despite the offline part, this is in general a virtual event, and all materials will be posted online, including:

• technical reports on the whole range of Microsoft web technologies: ASP.NET, Silverlight, Internet Explorer, Expression, IIS, Windows Web Server and others;
• online training for novice developers;
• interviews with representatives of leading Russian web companies (they can ask questions via Twitter);
• interviews with Russian-speaking developers from Microsoft headquarters (also via Twitter);

In addition, Steve Ballmer will come to ReMIX again in Moscow (he doesn’t use Twitter yet, and all Twitter on Twitter are fakes).

To participate in the conference and access to the materials you need to register on the official website .

On April 1, a conference on the creation of add-ons for Internet Explorer 8 , various web fragments, accelerators and visual search tools started on the conference website. In the online voting on projects, which will be the first stage of the competition, everyone can take part. Further, the competent jury of the most rated works will determine the best. Winners, as well as the most active participants in the competition and voting, will receive special prizes.
