MSI - warranty repair in Serso

We bought an MSI laptop six months ago, and recently mysterious problems began with it: it began to warm up at times more strongly, the sticking of keys (with this, in general, it was even more-less clear - it could be clogged) - but the main problem was that it was stupidly and ruthlessly melted and power plug.

We thought it over and decided that this is a typical warranty case, and last Saturday I took him to Moscow SC (one of two in Russia, according to MSI) - Serko.

I handed it over there, they fixed it on a piece of paper - that it was heating up, but they did not fix it, that it had melted.

As a result, I am taking away yesterday (on Saturday, a week later) a laptop with a resolution - we will not repair it, because there is a place for mechanical damage (in fact, the power plug, which has melted).

There was a thought - to pick up or come on a working day to quarrel with the manager and technician - I decided to pick it up anyway - without a laptop, it was also somehow not very good.

And now I think - what to do? How much did I turn out to be thrown by the SC - is it worth it to take him back on a weekday and argue with the manager that this is a warranty case, or did I set foot without fixing exactly the problem and taking it away?

What do you think, dear habravchane? What can you advise?

It’s impossible to work on a laptop - all that remains is to either try to take it to the SC (here I need advice - how to hand it over a second time), or try to sell it, or repair it for money (the issuer by eye estimated “from three thousand” ).

UPD: They refused to repeat the application, saying that the resolution was final. Wrote a letter to MSI. The SC itself advised me, if I really wanted to, either to make a paid repair (1200 rubles diagnostics), or to turn to independent experts and sue.
