Domestic enterprises inhibit the development of Runet

I, as an employee of one of the web development companies, quite often hear from programmers how they were “pissed off” to customize the next layout of the site design by the curvature created by Internet Explorer 6th version a long time ago. In my opinion, with one phrase everything is quite clear, you can convey the essence of the problem:

Have you noticed how the share of Internet Explorer users falls on weekends? Significantly more than other browsers. And, most importantly, the share of IE6 falls below all others. Now, according to liveinternet, it is used by about 19%.

From this we can conclude that this rare browser uses office employees, on whose working machines it’s most likely either forbidden to use something else, or these are people who simply don’t know anything about this topic that needs the bare minimum of the network.

So why is it so difficult for our domestic employers to update the software on the computers of their offices, giving users a more advanced tool for working, and us, web developers, unleashing our hands and allowing us to no longer take into account the features of this rare book? ..
