ReSharper 4.5 released

A great tool for .NET developers has been updated:

* developers have worked on performance: for example, according to their estimates, the download speed of large solutions has grown from 20% to 40%;
* implemented support for Visual Basic .NET 9;
* added new code inspectors;
* added the ability to set rules for naming types, namespaces, interfaces and other, with which the resharper will help arrange the code according to your requirements;
* Added the function Go to Implementation (it feels from the beta-version, very convenient);
* improved refactoring mechanism, rename now offers name completion.
