Testing "Blonde.ru"

When there was a need to create advertising campaigns on three main sites (Google, Yandex, Begun), I remembered the project “Blonde.ru”, which was recognized as the best startup in February .
The project seemed to meet my requirements and I decided to test it.

Despite the sound idea and the implementation of the service by Ashmanov and Partners, the service disappointed me personally for the following reasons:

1. A very limited selection of ads. I did not find my topic, I can’t add a new one or specify keywords
2. Fixed periods for the ad (a week, two, month).
3. The minimum amount to rotate the ad is 1000 rubles (500 rubles were not enough for the initial test)
4. Disgustingly implemented technical support (communication only by mail, without an internal message system)

At the moment, the situation is as follows: 500 rubles are hanging on the account, which can neither be used in the "case" nor withdrawn.

Due to the lack of opportunity to set keywords and the “charming” pricing policy, I definitely will not use the service. Most likely, I will be forced to put additional funds to run the ad and forget about getting acquainted with this service as a nightmare.

PS: It remains an open question why the account can be replenished by an amount less than the minimum package.
