What projects do you manage?

In the book of Rodney Turner on project management there is an interesting classification of projects.
He proposes to divide projects by 2 criteria:
1. How well do you know what should be achieved?

• is known
• unknown

2. How well do you know how to achieve the goal?

• is known
• unknown

Accordingly, all projects fall into 4 types (in the scheme in free names).
