Idea for a startup.

I want to present my idea for a startup, if it will be interesting to someone, or there will be arguments not to bother about it (nobody needs the service).

The idea is simple: sometimes it happens that buying a ticket for some kind of event, be it a concert or a performance, doesn't work for it. What they are doing then: they sell to the hucksters before the event directly, at a price lower than the purchase price, and those are driving it twice as expensive. Or they give it to someone of their acquaintances (“for you, God, that I don’t care”). Or simply leave to lie on the shelf, sighing about the lost moment.

All this long background is needed to spell out the idea of ​​a startup: a website where you can quickly find buyers for such a ticket. And where buyers can find "hot" tickets.

The main interaction between users is not supposed to monetize - the announcement and the response to it are free. The parties “ticket buyer” and “ticket seller” themselves make an appointment and exchange material values. On the other hand, if one of the parties wants to avoid a personal meeting with the buyer / seller, she can use the “secure transaction” (the ticket is redeemed from the seller by the site representatives and delivered to the buyer by courier). For such transactions it is supposed to take something.

So far, I honestly do not see clearly the target audience, therefore it is not clear where to promote such a resource, and also the ways of monetization are not completely clear (I think that you will not get much from secure transactions).

I would like to know who thinks what about this.
