Regarding tags ... First you need to post a list of tags when posting, from where you can select them by clicking. Cut it to reasonable limits. Remove duplicates (idea, ideas). Remove synonyms (network, internet). And in addition to font size, it can also be highlighted in tone, otherwise it is not a cloud, but a blue sky with clouds of Google, Microsoft, Web 2.0 and habrabrabr.
Make a vote for tags and kill unnecessary.
