Russian Ubuntu LoCo Team given official status

What is the Ubuntu LoCo Team?
Ubuntu LoCo Team (from the English. Lo cal Co mmunity - local community) is a community of Ubuntu users who are united by territorial principle. LoCo may be involved in projects such as supporting Ubuntu in their native language, general support for local users, promoting Ubuntu on their territory. However, the most important thing that LoCo does is to unite neighbors to help each other “first-hand”.

What is Russian Ubuntu LoCo Team?
The Russian Ubuntu LoCo Team is a community of Ubuntu Linux users who speak Russian and come together to promote Ubuntu among the Russian-speaking population of the Earth.
