Two bugs on blogs and rss feeds
1. Trying to write to the blog Errors on the site, writes “Dear habrachelovek, join, like, to this blog and you can write” - well, joined ... but I can not write anything.

2. When inserting the RSS feed “My!” Into the blog on wordpress.com, the feed is issued without specifying the encoding (I am not particularly competent in this matter, but I can see that the result looks like ISO 8851)
How would I specify the feed encoding or, better yet, output in utf-8 ? ..
