Habravidget for Opera

Our user Eugene Drozdov sent a letter. He asked to make a widget for the Opera browser, “so that it can quickly read the news of your site right on your desktop.”
Since I am not a user of this browser, I have little idea what Eugene is talking about; How to create widgets - I can not imagine the same. Maybe among the habra people, someone could solve this problem?
