Uralsvyazinform: technical support asks for usernames from subscribers

I wanted to throw in humor , but everything turned out to be serious - employees, official comments, dismissals. I am surprised, first of all, by the fact that all this happened in front of everyone, completely public.

The situation is as follows.
The Uralsvyazinform technical support staff in Yekaterinburg was left without the Internet, namely, they were given 16 kbit / s for 12 people. Immediately about this appeared the topic " Submit 069 to the Internet " in the subscribers club, where technical support staff complain about disconnecting them from the outside world and, apparently, jokingly asking for details of subscribers using unlimited access.

Plz no limiters!

The speed on the Internet at Technical Support 069 at workplaces has not been curtailed and has never been, just the list of sites is limited, (so that at work - only about work :)). There is a Test computer, where there is an ADSL with unlimited 128 (there is an unlimited number of sites, but the speed is limited to 128 kbps). This connection is a test for technical support users (to check which sites are loaded, which do not).


Such things are happening here in Yekaterinburg in addition to the stalker - God forbid you such :)
