This is a simulator for gamers from ThinkGeek. An expander that works exclusively on the fingers and other muscles of the hand. The manufacturer promises "iron grip", they say the mouse will beat in ecstasy under these strong fingers, and pushes the device for 40 bucks.

True, it is not at all clear how this garbage can help.
