At many conferences between presentations, attendees observe how the next presentation file “clicks” on the Windows desktop. In the worst case, the following presentation is not immediately found - different folders are being sorted out, those files are mistakenly launched. At best, the speaker or technical specialist will guess turning off the projector during all these manipulations.

Transitions between presentations can be made much faster and more aesthetically pleasing if you use a control presentation. The managing presentation is a few slides made in the corporate style of the event organizer. The first slide usually contains the name of the event, the name of the organizing company. Next are the slides with the names of speeches and hyperlinks to relevant presentations.

1. Before the event, when the participants sit down, the title slide performs the "aesthetic and thematic" function.
2. In the introductory part, when a representative of the organizing committee talks about the regulations, he can more clearly show the topics and the sequence of speeches.
3. With one click from the management presentation, you can go to the presentation for any report.
4. When the presenter finishes demonstrating his presentation, the automatic return to the control presentation takes place.
5. All those present can more clearly monitor the sequence of speeches and see, for example, how many reports are left to listen before the lunch break. ))

The technical implementation of the management presentation is simple - hyperlinks to the corresponding files are assigned to the report names and a tick "show and return" is set.
