This institution is taught to be interactive designers, digital project managers, producers of rich media and production agencies and, in general, everything related to advertising and interactive communications.
This school was formed in 1995. It is located near Stogkholm (Sweden) on the island. The building itself is a former prison. Actually in it so everything is preserved judging by the photos. Slightly changed the interior, but the layout did not change. The insulator was repaired for half a year to start accepting students.
Today, the school graduates annually more than 300 students. Many of them are offered jobs until the end of their studies.
They teach there several specialties in several different programs.
- Digital Media (Digital Communications), 90 weeks, 19 850 EUR
- Interactive Art Director (Art Direction in an Interactive Environment), 45 weeks, 10 900 EUR
- Digital Business Management (Business management in interactive communications), 80 weeks, 19 850 EUR
- Rich Media & Motion Graphics (Here, as rich media means non-standard interactive advertising, and not just banners, it is correct to say “Non-standard communications and video design”, 50 weeks, 12,570 EUR
The school has several principles:
Create a space for students in which they can take responsibility for their own learning. Build training around real and significant projects. To bring to education not only industry specialists, but also practitioners from related specialties (architects, engineers). Create a transparent learning process. To help students master the specialty, directing knowledge in the right direction, but at the same time providing freedom in the educational process. Encourage any community, interaction of students, teachers and invited professionals. Develop skills and techniques through mutual criticism of projects. Explore ethical, business and social values based on discussion of educational projects. To enable students to manage school marketing. Provide students with the opportunity to train in their specialty, as well as support after graduation. Set high standards for the quality of student work, have a clear assessment methodology. Constantly looking for new directions in education based on the study of industry, industry as a whole.
