Gmail overtakes youtube

Gmail has been able to bypass YouTube by attendance. According to statistics Hitwise , in the past months they have walked side by side, and this week Gmail steadily stepped forward. Judging by the trend, in the future the advantage of Gmail will only grow.



YouTube used to close the top ten most popular sites, and now Gmail has moved it from this place of honor. This statistics is only for the US audience. Nevertheless, it still looks amazing, because YouTube generates most of all traffic on the Internet, and Gmail, as always it was thought, is a minority email service. However, in fact, the Gmail audience is growing much faster than the YouTube audience.
