The project is interesting with an original graphic and functional solution - the portal is made in the form of a three-dimensional model of a modern city, with familiar visual reference points: streets, squares, buildings, reception rooms, offices. Portal features allow you to move freely not only in the city, but also inside the buildings. The user, moving from room to room, receives information of interest to him.

Technically, the portal consists of two parts: HTML parts and Flash parts. The Flash part plays the role of a kind of shell with the display of announcements, when clicked, it moves to the HTML area. It is worth noting that the successful integration of Flash and HTML was made possible through the use of a specially developed protocol based on XML. The software part of the project was implemented using the Zend Framework, which made it possible to implement complex, adapted to high attendance functionality.

The project provides many thematic modules: video hosting, forums, archives, information sections, personal account, search system and much more.
