Wandering about my duty on news sites, I found on a relatively new portal Food-n-Goods a series of interviews with representatives of Russian electronic payment systems. The interview topics are intended more for people unfamiliar with electronic payments, but I hope that habra people will find something useful in them. I at least found :).
