Fighting Radarix.com - continuation of the story

I learned about the resource radarix.com from this topic. At first I was skeptical (they say where did they get my personal data). Then curiosity overcame me and I decided to watch. Indeed, I found myself, and in the free details I found passport data, the address of registration, etc. I didn’t pay much attention to it, I thought maybe when I bought the tickets through the Internet I bought the data and so on. Then I checked the information about my relatives, and I found quite interesting information about my father, about his past commercial activities in Ukraine. After all, they couldn’t get their eyes on the Internet - it’s never been in the internet and certainly couldn’t light up personal data. I can not say that I was somehow saddened or alarmed, well, they have my data, well, to hell with them. “What will they do to me, will their legs break?” (C) Bender - I thought. But having carefully studied the topic indicated above, having participated in the discussion, thought: “After all, do you need to take this data somewhere?”. I do not see anything supernatural in the existence of such a resource - technically everything is possible: to register it offshore, away from the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation, etc. But the data they get from the passport office, tax, etc. And it can not disturb. Impressed by the discussion, I decided to act. I wrote an appeal to the President of the Russian Federation, “I ask you to protect my constitutional right, etc. :) Within a month, the standard response came - your appeal was reviewed and submitted to the appropriate authorities. And finally came the answer from the "relevant authorities" with the following content:

Frankly speaking, I do not believe that the matter will be brought to the end and something will be decided. It would be nice to post a topic on the “I’m Crazy” blog, even when composing a letter I didn’t believe in a successful outcome, but still decided to write. If you just keep silent - certainly nothing will change.
