Dell Latitude E6400 XFR: “Armored” Notebook Laptop
I like high-quality and long-lived things very much, especially when it comes to electronics. This laptop is made according to the standard MIL STD 810F , which means it is more tenacious than other counterparts. He is not afraid of vibration, shaking, falling on a hard surface, moisture, dust and aggressive environmental conditions. The computer can operate at temperatures from -33 to +63 degrees Celsius, as well as with reduced atmospheric pressure at an altitude above 4500 meters above sea level. During a presentation organized by Dell, the laptop functioned normally under running water and falling from a height of 3 feet (~ 90cm), but falling from 4 feet (~ 120cm) caused a breakdown. After the third fall from 4 feet, the protective plastic covering of the screen collapsed. Representatives of Dell in justification said that the demonstration model before the presentation was subjected to a fall more than a hundred times, and the 3-year warranty makes it possible to immediately replace the broken screen.
