In the era of airplanes, ocean liners and trains, we completely forgot about the “hidden possibilities” of man to move in space. We used to buy tickets, wait for departure time, go through tedious control during boarding. Troublesome, costly and vain. But all this may be optional.

Transport? My grandfathers went to school on foot for 30 km through the forest, now it is for me a good distance on a bicycle.

Pay? It is not always necessary, sometimes you can simply agree, a good company is much better than a radio. And you can slyly get a job so that they both carry you and pay money. A striking example is the sensational “The Best Job in the World”

Facilities? As they say: "on the street." But I heard in my time something about “traveler’s clubs”, whose members can find an overnight stay completely free from other members of the club during their travels. Link on topic.

You can walk 5 days and walk more than 300 km (6 hours a day). You can sail, hitchhike, ride a scooter or a folding bike. Littering up in a team on the ship, in general, get a job working on a long-distance or short-range vehicle. Somewhere there is a ferry, where you can slip a controller, or even just sail for free. Yes, and the night may be available. Most likely, such a journey will take more time, and the danger of your skin more, but it may be more interesting and more accessible.

Recently, I’m worried about the question: is it possible without having a few hundred "greens", you can easily get anywhere in the world? For example, from Moscow to Cuba to visit Castro. How to get where I want, with no funds for road and transport? Of course, you can always go into fantasies about building a raft and crossing the ocean on it, but if you approach the question from the point of view of reality?

The idea can grow into a separate project to collect ideas for travel, drawing up "travel plans." Where everyone who wants to share their thoughts, ask questions, find his "adventure on the ass."
