PCSX2 0.9.6 released - PS2 emulator for PC

After 16 months of development, a new release of the free PlayStation 2 PC emulator has been released.
- Rewrote most of the code. Many performance improvements and optimizations, many popular games should now work.
- Full support for memory cards, works in all games
- Rewritten multithreaded mode (MTGS), which gave up to 15% increase in performance on HT machines and 3-5% on Dual Core.
