When you have contractors for the development of any software, the only desire is to do everything cheaply and on time, and then disperse until a new task appears.
This happens in 10% of cases when contractors are a formed company engaged only in development, they often like to eat a lot. Here the question immediately arises about what is needed cheaper, and only youth or Ukraine can be cheaper. Ukraine, with the right choice of partners, justifies the expectations, but I attribute this to 10% of cases. As with the remaining 90%, everything is not easy there.
Three and a half young men are sitting there. You make an order, and after a week these good fellows, without starting to do your project, come with a new proposal about a joint business which you do not have in the plans. This is done by those guys who have not done even the elementary task to prove their viability to us. They probably think that we have a lot of money once the project is serious, but in fact they do not understand that we have money for our project, but not for anyone else. And besides, they do not represent what path we have taken in order to receive this money by fulfilling the instructions of the investor, who at one time was convinced of our abilities.
It seems to me that such partnerships take time as these guys generate new ideas every week ... Therefore, I am increasingly beginning to lean towards Ukraine. In this way ...
