Job ad portal for Russian speakers in Poland (I need your advice)
Hello.
Some time ago, we with one good friend miktam realized for two a small portal of job adverts for Russian-speaking comrades living like us in Poland. Initially, we put all this farm on Jobber'e.
I must admit that to publish and view ads do not need to register and pay money. No, we have not become idols and favorites of recruiting agencies although the site is viewed daily by 100-150 people with zero advertising.
At the moment, due to the almost complete lack of time, the portal does not develop, but there is a persistent and irresistible desire to implement on it some kind of super functionality that will knock everyone down :)

In this regard, I would like to ask you exactly what could be added to the portal so that it would take its place and begin to develop at an accelerated pace.
