TN, * VA, S-IPS matrixes - a visual illustrated comparison of viewing angles

No matter how I read articles and forums discussing matrix types in LCD monitors, I constantly encounter extremes like: “The TN matrix is ​​suitable for any tasks, expensive PVA, and, moreover, S-IPS, mere mortals are not needed; I don’t see any differences, the viewing angles are not important to me ”or this:“ there are no matrices except S-IPS and no monitors, except NEC 2690UXi ”.

However, it is always better to see and draw your own conclusion once than to read hundreds of pages of holy wars. Looking through Google-Pictures, I picked up a few illustrative illustrations. The copyright on the images, unfortunately, is not respected. In the photos, theoretically, there can be a different brightness of the compared models, therefore, one can reliably say only those presented in two views. Although, I hope that after all all the frames are made correctly. In any case, a general understanding can be obtained. So, let's begin.
