Microsoft vs. TomTom: Is the evil corporation attacking?

I think you know that Microsoft has accused TomTom of violating a number of patents. In a press release, MS states: “TomTom is a respected large company. We expect to quickly resolve this unpleasant situation. ”

I looked, in violation of what TomTom is accused of. And now I hope that the esteemed company TomTom will sue the Evil Corporation in full. Indeed, among the violated patents are these:
')
6,175,789 : a patent for installing a PC running a multitasking OS in a car

6,202,008 : Patent for installing a PC equipped with wireless car access

7,054,745 : software development patent, which gives instructions to the driver "turn-by-turn"

5,579,517 and 5,758,352 - VFAT and long / short file names.

[... patents 6,704,032 7,117,286 6,256,642 are omitted because I do not understand anything :-)… ]

By the way, according to American law, each party bears the costs of conducting the case independently, regardless of the outcome. So the money with TomTom will still be overcome.

And another thing: as far as I know, in the United States they patent anything, but some patents are considered void, usually with the rationale “this has already happened before” (prior art)

I publish in the Microsoft blog in the hope that I will now be explained why MS is white and fluffy. There must be defenders.

PS: More gentle with karma, it hurts!
