Why do we need it or just another useless resource?
About two years ago, we had a “original” idea that came to our mind - and not to create a necessary and good resource for everyone, who would also bring money.
It was decided to start small and focus on a small market Bainet. And we, as it seemed to us then, made a good choice of the direction of the resource - work. After wandering around the baynet and evaluating the competitors, it was decided not to focus on simple creation of resumes and vacancies, but to make the service closest to the HH functionality, especially they did not enter the market of the Republic of Belarus yet.
No sooner said than done. After half a year, a new super-necessary resource, job4u.by, flaunted in the open spaces of Bynet .
We enthusiastically began to promote the site, to advertise. But since our finances are not infinite and all the costs were out of personal pocket, then all the attempts to “enter” the market failed. And the experience of attracting investment no one had.
What we have as a result after 2 years of work: the site, the virtual server, 2119 users registered, 1215 resumes and 797 vacancies were submitted, about 200 unique users per day. Not a lot in two years ...

Now we understand that everything must be taken only very carefully considering all the pros and cons.
Teams of two people (programmer and layout designer) are clearly few. Twenty times count the possible financial costs and multiply by two.
