Personal Finance - Family Budget in GoogleDocs
I bring to the attention of Habraschetovov program for maintaining personal finances on the Google Documents platform.
Background: I decided to make my Excel (Google Spreadsheet) file for managing personal finances after just 5 tried to figure out the 4Convert system. After almost every post by Max Krainov I tried to open 4Convert again, as he recommended, but every time I failed. I have nothing against 4 envelopes, apparently we just didn’t agree :) As a result, I had a great idea that using FORMS in Google Docs would solve the problem of simply and quickly entering data into the system from any Internet device (Computer, smartphone, iPhone ). I called this file Gbudget .

In order to make daily non-recurring expenses (threw 100 rubles for a gift, dine in a cafe, spend more than usual on bp or in Auchan) there is a small form that can be bookmarked in a computer and a phone:
You can choose from a small list above, which you form yourself on the basis of what you often “unplanned” spend, or write your own version, for example, “lost in poker” and put the amount - 250 rubles. The date is set automatically.
Next we open the table itself in GoogleDocuments and enter the income data:
On the left, you can enter data on random incomes, such as "I found 1000 rubles in my down jacket" or "I received a birthday present." On the right is your salary, if any - the frequency of her monthly.
Next, we enter data on fixed costs:
Expenses are weekly, monthly and annual. Everything is simple here - the main thing is not to forget to deposit everything and remember the amounts for electricity and water :)
That's all! Now we can see our monthly balance:
On this sheet you can also look at the composition of expenses for the month.
You can also look at the full cost structure per year:
UPD The file is no longer available. excuse me
TIP & Request : Immediately copy the file to yourself using “FILE” -> “Create a copy”, since if everyone starts to rule it for themselves - to turn out as in a letter from Prostokvashino.
Addition: the file is already filled with some data, so that it is clear that where to write. Perhaps there are errors - if there is interest, let's make this file more beautiful. Just do not forget that all this is only GDocs and its capabilities are limited.
