For example, you talk to someone in Jabber, all topics are over, but you don’t know what else to talk about. You go to talkaboutwhat.ru and you see, for example, "Talk about Russian Web 2.0" - you talk about it.
Among Twitter users, the service gained popularity, it was even advertised by mekal , and radjah called him “Talker 2.0”.
Anyone can offer their own answer to this question. If the moderators approve it - it will appear on the site.
