After all, if he forgets it, then there is a chance that in the future, when he is released from a lunatic asylum, there is a chance that he will buy this book, and the authors will again be able to afford to buy a summer cottage, as it was before the violation of afftar rights by this child.
You may have to read a long license when buying books and choose those books that can be read out loud, or vice versa for yourself. To make it easier for publishers to judge violators, when buying books you will have to show a passport, as if connected to mobile operators. Maybe a special chip with a microphone will be attached to the books, which will listen to what is happening in the neighborhood and if they hear that they are reading this book (by that time it will be possible to pull the sound recognition to the proper level), then a special police department will call immediately twist the offender and send him to Siberia to cut the forest.
The next step of copywriting should be to ban any devices with speakers, because through them you can read books or, what is most terrible, listen to music. What if you decide to listen to a book or music with friends, but they did not pay the publishers? This can not be allowed.
