The idea spilled out of my recent post, in which I was not only minimized, but also did not give an answer :)
In general, do not kick sternly, but ... Why don’t we have a forum where we could ask for advice on a minor issue, copy links, sell / buy hardware, exchange invites for trackers and so on.

First of all, it would unload Habr from, by and large, useless posts, and secondly, would allow people to communicate in a more relaxed atmosphere (lack of karma on the forums).
