And the link that Yandex is in the first place, Google does not even have a dozen.

Severe seo or just a mistake?

PS I thought that the problem could be in inaccurate compliance with the request and, just in case, dialed the “Embassy of Finland in Moscow”. The result is even more unexpected: this site did not even hit the mark. Instead, various types of travel agencies and visa companies were proposed.

Still, it seems very difficult to fight with SEO links. Everyone knows that the header of the site contains all the keywords, but it rarely gives high-quality content to these words. Therefore, apparently, Yandex weakly takes into account the headers when searching for the maximum matching request.

PPS The note was not written with the intention of sharing “another search engine trick”. I want to draw attention to the fact that Yandex and the quality of its search are important to us all. Competition, unfortunately, can not leave us a search alternative, you know because of whom. I like the two dominant search engines in Russia, so I’d like to improve Yandex-search in every way.
