Information Archeology: Risen Website

It took me here to find one information and I climbed into such folders on my computer, where I had not climbed for eight years already ... I have such folders. The memory, of course, is full of holes, but a search in FAR with the indication "In all code tables" helped to detect a handful of the necessary files in the KOI-8 encoding. This is the ALL-about-CAD project of 1998, which I lovingly sawed with a jigsaw and planned to turn into a super-mega portal ... The find behaves well under modern browsers and is not ashamed to be shown ten years later! In general, I posted it to the network. You are surprised by the search engines for fun.
