The day before yesterday, CesST
announced its intention to fight pre-installed software. The press release mentioned “a well-known lawyer Pavel Protasov,” that is, me. True, now I mean "lawyer", as it should. Since I am not a lawyer, although I am thinking of getting lawyer status.
And today a topic dedicated to this initiative of CesT (for which, by the way, I compiled documents) appeared on Habré. Comments to the topic depress me because they speak about the unfamiliarity of the target audience with the
course of the young fighter , carefully prepared by me and laid out for everyone to see.
The course includes
sample documents for use in your own complaints,
recommendations for returns , a
collection of frequently asked questions , as well as a
selection of extracts from regulations . From the
promotion page you can download all these materials in one pdf-file, for thoughtful study.
If, after reading these materials, any questions remain, you can ask them in the comments to this topic.
UPD: to those questions from which it is clear that the author did not read the proposed materials, I, unfortunately, do not answer. For there is no time.
