The competition of Internet projects "New Reality" finishes receiving applications

On March 1, the deadline for accepting applications for the competition of Internet projects "New Reality" , conducted by ROCIT. It remains just a few days to jump on the bandwagon of the departing train.

Internet projects are evaluated according to the following criteria: the uniqueness of the idea; information content; social significance; design and usability; interactivity.

By February 20, 2009, 427 applications were registered and approved for nomination. The largest number of applications was submitted in the nominations "Business on the Internet" and "Science and Education". Projects are accepted in ten nominations:

• Entertainment
• Mass media and mass communications
• Internet business
• Science and education
• Development of the Internet in the regions (organizations only)
• Culture
• Regional and city Internet resources
• Non-profit Internet projects
• Internet for children
