Rambler Media announces changes in leadership: Marc Opzumer has been appointed CEO, and Arthur Akopyan is appointed CFO.
Mark Opzumer is an expert in Internet, communications and media. From July 2001 to December 2003, he was the managing director and vice president of Yahoo! Europe, engaged in the development of the company, in particular, the service component. Mr. Opzumer is one of the founders and directors of Bond Capital Partners Ltd, which specializes in providing structured finance for European mid-cap companies. She has an MBA degree from the IMD business school in Lausanne. Mr. Opzumer is a citizen of Great Britain and Canada.

New financial director Arthur Akopyan went to work at Rambler Media from the Synterra group of companies, where he served as Finance Director and Vice President for Corporate Finance since August 2005. Arthur Akopyan was responsible for all aspects of financial management, including the implementation of several significant acquisitions and acquisitions, business restructuring and implementation of IFRS.
