In the early nineties, my friend and I went to different countries. For the maintenance of friendship and communication, for many years they wrote each other letters, on paper, in pen. Large, informative, with lyrical digressions - a real epistolary genre. And then came the internet. And with him email. mail, Skype, live magazines, social services. At first we were happy: there was a feeling of a shoulder, a friend was near, very close, at a distance of one key. And then they noticed that communication, though it became permanent, but became a telegraphic, sort of twitter: a sense of accessibility destroyed the depth and content. We have ceased to generate long and coherent texts, to present the idea in detail and literary, and we restrict ourselves to frequent and less meaningful cries. You are wrong? And how are you?
UPD : so far the following are formulated. the reasons for the transition from a detailed narrative to short tirades: multitasking of a person at a computer, and, as a result, incomplete concentration on a separate task, saving of time, lack of mutual desire to narrate, excessive accessibility / frequency of communication.
