Olympus was pleased with the announcement of the 12-megapixel DSLR camera E-620. According to the manufacturer, this is the world's smallest SLR with integrated image stabilization. The camera is focused on the audience that no longer wants to take ordinary amateur photos, but which for the production of these masterpieces is not enough skills. Actually, here we need a stabilization system, which operates in a range of up to four exposure stages and eliminates the need for a tripod in most shooting situations.

The second important advantage of the device is the seven-point autofocus. At the same time, five of the seven sensors are “cruciform”, that is, they are sensitive both to vertical and horizontal objects. This feature allows for faster and more accurate focusing. The press release notes that this autofocus technology supports SWD drives, which provide approximately twice as much autofocus as compared to traditional systems. In addition, the device has a built-in wireless flash controller, which allows you to use accessories such as the Olympus FL-36R and FL-50R with it.
