"Solar batteries"

Look, Shura, what can be done from a piece of solar battery film, several NiMH batteries and an old lens from a Canon camera.
The Norwegian Knut Karlsen ( Knut Karlsen ) tore out the flat contacts from the old lens, pasted the film on the batteries and got the working concept of the most real “Solar cells”. To reuse the batteries, it is enough to roll on the windowsill for several days.



Now Carlsen is building the second concept: more advanced and technologically advanced. The format of the new “solar batteries” will be less (AA, I suppose), they will be charged faster and, moreover, they will be able to show that charging is over (now the charge level is determined by eye).
In general, I do not know how anyone, but I'm already waiting for industrial production.
