Apple has discontinued one of the monitors.
Apple has removed the description of the 20-inch Apple Cinema Display from its online store and notified retailers that this model will no longer be released, according to macrumors.com.
According to TG Daily, this can mean one of two things. Either the vendor will not release more such monitors at all, or will introduce a new 20-inch model with a DisplayPort connector, which new laptops are equipped with. Distribution channels and lovers of "apple" products guess at a loss.
After the model with a 20-inch screen was excluded from the model range, two other monitors remained in it - with a 24-inch and 30-inch matrix. The first, which has the DisplayPort interface, was introduced in October, the second one has been released since 2004.
