Kopipast when writing code

Once again, reading the code and realizing that the comments do not correspond to the real code, it seemed to me, it would be nice to have a plugin that, when inserted from the buffer of a piece of code, cleaned the comments from there.

What do you think?
Maybe something like that already exists?
