AOL France refuses Exalead

The AOL France website has so far been distinguished from other AOL portals by its own search engine based on Exalead technology. This era ends, as the contract that linked Exalead and AOL France will not be extended. From now on, the search technology portal will supply Google.

In France, there is not a single any significant portal using Exalead technology (Netscape.fr was also lost in due time). The search engine has nothing left but to increase the audience of its own site .
