Copyright for Internet projects

Hello everyone!

This is my first post (or rather even a question to the habr-community). Do not judge strictly, if somewhere wrong, show.

The question is this: I had a very interesting idea for an Internet project. I would like to know in detail whether it is possible to somehow register the copyright on this project, on the idea? How is this done and how much does it cost in Russia?
