Working quality

Increasingly, I come to the conclusion that the main working qualities are the ability to send nah when accepting a task if I do not understand what they want, and the ability to perform the task autonomously if I understood everything, and then be responsible for the result.
The rest is either a subset or not at all important.

There is nothing worse than a task performed in the style of “well, I see the world like this” or “but you didn’t explain anything” or “well, how can I do it when no one helps me”.
