PPSs and personal data protection
Habré often raises the question of the protection of personal data, sites like radarix.com and other databases, so I want to share a story that happened to me not so long ago.
One fine morning, I found a message from my green-blue operator on my mobile phone, stating that I had been charged a different account number. To my surprise, there was no limit, since I have been a subscriber of this PPSOS for more than eight years and have a single number and a permanent one. After not much deliberation, I decided to go to the office and deal with this issue. The girl manager, after checking my data by comparing my face and face in a red book called a passport, informed me that 33 (thirty three) mobile phone numbers were registered to my data. After I let go of the stupor, I tried to object to what I was in, in a quite ordinary tone, explaining how to write an application for refusal and for the hearing. I wrote the application, they accepted it from me and ordered to wait for a response within two months. But for some reason it seemed to me that this was not enough and in private conversation I managed to find out that such situations occur constantly and they happen through the fault of official exclusive dealers (just think of official and exclusive ones) who, like the PPSOS himself, connect subscribers.
Now I am waiting for the passage of two months and the results of the internal investigation of the PPSOS, and at the same time I think what statement to write to our valiant law enforcement agencies on this issue. Maybe someone knows, tell me.
