Some restrictions are removed in Google App Engine

Google has removed some limitations in its cloud hosting:

Removed the restriction on heavy requests (it was - no more than 2 per minute).
The response time has increased from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.
Increased the maximum size of the request / response from 1 to 10 MB. Also, the limit of the code and static files that can be uploaded to the hosting has been increased to 10 MB.
