Letter to the architect

By occupation, I receive various kinds of documents (requirements) from our clients. In view of the NDA I signed, I cannot publish them. Therefore, I present the requirements for the project, as the requirements for the construction of the house.

Dear Architect,

Please plan and build me a house. I'm not quite sure what I need, so I completely rely on you. However, I have a few ideas that I would like to see implemented in my home. For example, I would like to have 2 or 44 bedrooms. Please plan it so that these rooms can then be easily removed or added, because I will make a final decision only when I see the drawings. And also estimate the financial costs of each option so that I can make the right decision.
