One of my professions is a student, and therefore the occasion I have a card of the Savings Bank of Russia, for which, in theory, I should receive something from the institute and from all interested. For convenience, I activated the sms alert service about the receipt / withdrawal of funds. The aunt in the window told me that the first 3 months are free, and then the money for the service will be charged (I wash about 150 rubles a month) and therefore it is necessary to withdraw money not at zero, but leave money in the account. But I thought otherwise, that the scholarship is not great anyway, so when I get impatient, I will leave the money, but for the time being I’ll shoot how much it has come. And so it took 3 months, SMS came, everything was convenient, but in early February, I received a notification (by SMS) that the service was turned off, due to lack of funds, because it was convenient for me all the time, I decided to go to the bank and find out all the questions that interest me. There was a polite aunty consultant in the bank, who told me the most interesting things and told me there were two questions:
1) Do I have to go to the bank where I received the card or can I do it in any branch?
2) What you need to return the service.
On the first question, she said that it was possible to do this in any department, which I took advantage of, standing in the window, I used the answer to the second question, namely, she said that I can reconnect the service, and it will be free again for 3 months, when I turned in the window, they demanded a passport and a card from me, as well as call the phone number, where notifications would go and without any problems and additional questions, they were reconnected.
